Working principle: The torque-type magnetic coupling is generally composed of a permanent magnet rotor and a conductor rotor. The permanent magnet rotor and the conductor rotor have a variable air gap. When the active machine drives the conductor rotor to rotate, it is opposite to the driven end. When the permanent magnet acts as a circular motion of the cutting magnetic line, the conductor rotor of the active end generates an eddy current induced magnetic field, and interacts with the permanent magnet magnetic field of the driven end, thereby achieving contactless torque transmission between the active end and the driven end. When the working machine is under rated load conditions, the air gap between the permanent magnet rotor and the conductor rotor is the smallest; when the working machine is overloaded or stuck, the air gap between the permanent magnet rotor and the conductor rotor increases rapidly until the maximum air gap, The permanent magnet rotor speed of the working machine is reduced or reaches zero, so that the overload protection of the motor is realized; when the overload or the stuck working condition is released, the position of the permanent magnet rotor and the conductor rotor is restored to the original minimum air gap by the recovery mechanism, The machine returns to normal working condition.
